We need to hire a person to be responsible for the execution of the Front of House Customer Service and Attention Department of the LABe – Digital Gastronomy Lab restaurant. Adjusting production to the activity planned in the centre, meeting the established quality criteria and reinforcing the good image of the BCC.
Responsibilities include the organisation and provision of the resources necessary for the carrying out of the work in the front of house, collaborating in the design and implementation of the front of house customer service. Carrying out the tasks prior to production and presentation, participating in the restaurant-cafeteria service and keeping the facilities clean and tidy, complying with the existing processes and financial budgets.

- Collaborating in the economic control of the area, adhering to the budgets.
- Surplus management.
