LABe Digital Gastronomy Lab will host the first meeting of the Expert Committee on February 24th. The experts will develop a foresight activity on the interaction between gastronomy/hospitality and digitalization. The results will be shared on February 25th at the II Digital Gastronomy & Hospitality Startup Forum, which will take place in Madrid, at HIP Horeca Professional Expo 2020.
The participants of this first meeting are Brita Rosenheim, partner at Better Food Ventures; Michael Wolf, founder of The Spoon and Smart Kitchen Summit; Amit Zoran, Coordinator of the Hybrid Lab – School of Computer Sciences, University of Jerusalem; Hitoshi Hokamura, Partner at Scrum Ventures and Beatriz Romanos, founder of Tech Food Magazine.
