From 17 to 19 May, the entire BCC Innovation team will be at the leading innovation fair Food 4 Future.

During this three-day event at the BEC (Bilbao), we will present some of the technologies tested in the Digital Transformation area of BCC Innovation, LABe Digital Gastronomy Lab, such as the EyeTracker (an eye-tracking tablet to measure the impact of a certain menu composition) or Fermentabox (a device for making fermented food). We will also reveal advances in the results of the Animal Traceability tests activated at LABe Restaurant’s “Technology Table” or the Report on the digital restaurant of the future, which is part of our technology scouting exercise.
