Culinary Action! workshop

A workshop focused on fostering debate based on case studies of successful startups in the sector and enterprising cooks and hoteliers, as explained by the people involved in them: chefs who, as owners and/or managers of their businesses, play a role as entrepreneurs; and also other professionals connected with management and innovation in the hospitality industry.
